Smash My Trash franchisees employ a lean team consisting of:
- Driver/Smash Operators: One driver per truck to deliver our services.
- Sales: one or more responsible for new business acquisition.
- Truck technician: Outsourced to independent contractor or company to perform routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
You scale two ways:
